Cancellation Conditions:

  • Cancellation requests made before June 3rd will be refunded after deducting a 10% bank fee from the registration fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 3rd.
  • Only name changes will be accepted after June 3rd.
  • All refunds will be processed after the symposium.

Transfer Information:

Airport - Hotel (One Way): 1,200 TL + VAT
The above-mentioned price is the one-way per person group transfer rate.

All payments will be made in Euros. If payments are made in Turkish Lira, they will be converted to Euros based on the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) on the payment date.
